The pregnant client requires a unique approach to the Pilates Method. Learn how to use the Reformer to safely train her using ACOG’s exercise guidelines, being mindful of her changing anatomical, physiological and psychological status. We will address risk factors and potential problems and how to prevent them. Additionally, the workshop covers exercises and modifications specific to the Reformer that will provide the mom-to-be with an effective, safe workout that will meet her fitness goals.
Participants must be Pilates certified in order to take this workshop.

- Fully comprehend the risks and contraindications for the pre-natal client and learn how to address those issues safely and effectively.
