Take your clients through a challenging cardiovascular workout using the versatile jumpboard. Learn jumpboard choreography designed for strength and cardio through intervals that engage the whole body. Participants will learn how to apply Pilates principles to the jumpboard session making the workout an opportunity to challenge both fitness and coordination levels.
Objectives:
- Work safely and effectively by applying Pilates principles to the jumpboard experience.
- Challenge the cardiovascular component of a workout while maintaining the strength and flexibility focus of Pilates.
- Learn how to engage the entire core while performing plyometric exercises.
- Learn both modifications and intensifications for the general population.
